Baron is 8 Months Old!

Those keys are tasty!

He just crawled his way up my legs and was so proud of himself!

This is the first FSU outfit that fits...Go Noles!!

At 8 months old Barons weighed approx. 14lbs

On September 21st, Baron turned 8 months old. He is quite a handful these days...crawling and climbing on everything! Mommy and Daddy spend most of their time making sure he doesn't hurt himself...so far so good! Baron is still VERY into his Baby Einstein and now he just LOVES Elmo! The look on his face is priceless when Elmo comes on. Overall, Baron is doing fantastic!! Still no sign of any teeth and he isn't sleeping through the night yet. Hopefully soon!!! ;-)

My Gym Week 2

Everyone was AMAZED when he hung from the high bar!! THEN 2 sec later he pulled himself up...trying to put bar in his mouth!!

My Gym!

Today was Baron's first class at 'My Gym' and he LOVED it!! Mommy went a little over board with the pictures and video camera. Mommy even got a little teary-eyed a few times when she saw her baby doing all these big boy things! Oh, and yes he is officially crawling...alternating knees! He did it for the first time last night!! Mommy and Daddy are just so proud of our BEW.

Let the PLAY begin!

He's watching Baby Einstein on his new tv Daddy got him!

Mommy and Daddy spend most of this past weekend thinking of ways to baby proof an area of the house we are now calling Baron's Play Room! We left no corner uncapped...no edge unpadded...no floor unmatted....no plug unprotected...and no blinds cord unwound...UGH!! We think it really looks cute and it was all worth it!

Makin' Music!

Today was our first mommy and me type class...Makin' Music! Baron had a great time looking around at all the other kids. He sure was busy with all the singing and activities going on. Mommy was so proud of her little man for being such a good boy!

How did this happen?

Tonight was no different than any other bath night...Mommy laid me down in my crib so she could get my bath ready. THEN, when she came back to get me (2 mins later) I was standing in my crib!Mommy and Daddy were shocked! Baron just started sitting and has NEVER stood up before unless someone was holding him...and certainly never pulled himself up!

I can sit!!

On Tuesday Baron sat up for over a minute all by himself. Mommy got it all on video! Since then he has been sitting up all the time. Mommy even came in to get me out of my crib yesterday and I was just sitting there...looking around!

At 7 months old Barons weighed 12lbs 14.7oz measuring 24"

On August 21st, Baron turned 7 months old. We've had a beautiful August this year. It's hard to believe the summer is almost over. We've really enjoyed spending time at the pool...thank goodness it will be covered and 80 degrees throughout the winter too!

Baron is doing fantastic! He is finally starting to wear some 3-6mo clothes. Yeah!! He is sitting up, but only for about 5-7 seconds before he tips over. We're still practicing daily. Baron is also babbling, squealing, blowing spit bubbles and raspberries. In addition to all that...he is a the move! We decided we are not officially going to call it 'crawling' yet because both knees are not moving forward alternating. It's more like a frog...both arms reach forward and both knees follow! Either way, he's fast! I guess it's time to start baby-proofing things around here.
